Top-notch MD: remarkably composed and approachable, guiding you through every step. My team feels like a second family to me. Embracing new ideas and boosting morale by showing appreciation. A fantastic workplace with excellent different updated software to work on and HR policies. A true example of teamwork can be seen in Vertoz. Every employee's voice is addressed.

So far I have not encountered anything negative that would make me question the company or its work culture. I genuinely enjoy working at Vertoz.

Work policy: Whenever Founder is in office I am well informed in advance to come to office.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Since its a product based company you get to learn a lot, one of the main reasons is lack of capable people to lead or guide because of which you are assigned tasks that are out of you roles and responsibilities. Resulting in more learnings.

Dislikes

Upper management lacks vision. No importance to employees. Unless you do what pleases the management, you will not be accepted. In short if you are not a Yes boss kind a person its not a place for you.
