We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of Vertoz's brand across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies, content creation, social media management, and customer engagement. This leadership role will involve developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on B2B channels.
What You Will Do:
Online & Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize the company's online presence across all relevant social media platforms.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring SEO optimization and updated content.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to measure performance and inform strategies.
Traditional Marketing:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns and develop a strong presence at industry conferences and events.
- Identify speaking opportunities and ensure Vertoz is well-represented across relevant forums and platforms.
Content Marketing:
- Create and manage content strategies, including newsletters, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Distribute content across multiple channels to engage potential and current customers.
Customer Marketing:
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize service utilization.
- Develop personalized marketing campaigns to support retention and upsell opportunities.
Marketing Management:
- Oversee and mentor a growing team, starting with a graphic designer, with potential for expanding to lead a full department.
- Lead the development and refinement of the company's messaging, brand proposition, and value offerings.
Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
- Create and execute distinct marketing programs to support customer and partner acquisition as well as retention.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop marketing collateral, such as sales presentations, sell-sheets, and other tools to drive revenue growth.
- Strategize and execute the company's conference and trade show presence.
Corporate Marketing:
- Own corporate marketing initiatives, including managing the company's website and all social media accounts.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Proactively refine and evolve the company's brand and positioning in the market.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects as required.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional content creation and distribution skills, with a focus on storytelling.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
- Experience working with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
