What you will do :

- Lead and manage all web development projects from planning to execution, delivering on time and within scope.

- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to create impactful digital solutions that align with client objectives.

- Ensure websites are highly responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

- Drive the implementation of best practices for web development, including coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.

- Manage server-related tasks, including hosting configurations, server management, load balancing, and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex website and server-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance development strategies.

- Mentor and guide the web development team, fostering skill development, innovation, and collaboration.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a web developer, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like Laravel or similar.

- In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.

- Hands-on experience with server management, including web hosting, server configurations, CDN, DNS management, and SSL implementation.

- Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful services.

- Familiarity with database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems like Git.

- Experience working with clients in India and the US, understanding their distinct requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
