Job Scope :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using PHP and related technologies, with a strong emphasis on working within a microservices architecture. The role requires in-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel and Lumen), proficiency in database management (MySQL and MongoDB), and hands-on experience with tools such as Redis and RabbitMQ.

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient code while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture and design decisions.

Competencies and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- 6 + years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on Laravel and Lumen frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of micro services architecture and design patterns.

- Proficiency with databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with backend systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and improving.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel and

Lumen.

- Design and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing

systems.

- Optimize and maintain database systems, including MySQL and MongoDB.

- Integrate caching and message-broker solutions, particularly Redis and RabbitMQ, to improve

application performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products and

user experiences.

- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization for better performance and scalability.

- Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices.

- Participate in planning and design discussions, contributing insights based on past experience.
