1. Fun Friday's were funny 2. They celebrate all functions with love 3. That's it. Nothing else.

1. The Management was very bad. They follow autocratic leadership style. 2. IJP was introduced and then they cancelled it without telling anyone 3. They changed potice period policy and didn't inform the entire organisation and when people resigned then they are saying oh yeah! We've changed the rules. 4. No growth. They hired theupper management from a BPO and their mindset is like very small. They can't even speak in English and they expect the things to be in done in a seamless way and that too in a salary like 15K. 5. Unnecessary attitude in upper level management 6. Don't pay the FnF amount. Employees had to wait 3-4 months to get the FnF amount. 7. If we are doing WFH and the mouse or keyboard is not working then the employee will have to go to office and change it. And they send someone then that guy will order like - hey I'm here in this area, come and take your belongings. 8. It's just pathetic. Can't describe in words....Read More
