Senior management are not fit for the given position as they don't listen the concern of junior employees and once the concern is raised by junior employee, senior manager start targetting till he or she resign.

Dislikes

I resigned this company because I was mentally harassed by Shiva kumar pulimamidi and Sandeep Raghavendra Vetakari.I raised my concern to HR and senior managers but they failed to understand my concern.

HR is for namesake Senior mgmt has been there for ages and hardly any scope for growth st higher levels. No flexible timings Less coordination with overseas teams No transport even when there is a business need and team is asked to stay upto 8 PM. No food court Highly expensive food sold at pantry with less quantity. Weekend work with no guidelines and no compensation Un necessary indulgence in marathons etc No separate ladies wellness room. No mothers room. Overall congested office area with hardly any open space as a lounge or refreshment space. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Senior management often seen engaged in fights on the floor</mark>. Policy framings are very poor and not at all transparent here. Policies are always customized based on management requirements and needs. Benefits are worst here, they always expect employees to work hard or work overtime sometimes without rewarding them or recognizing them.
