Very good for survival for time being.

This job is just for survival, but in order to excel in career this is not the right place. Leadership draws a rule book with boundaries where this is barrier to innovate. It has hardly 5 products to implement, even with thick layer of management could not define strategy on how to sell and deliver successfully</mark>. Almost all projects are delayed with lot of issues out of which many are caused by VeriPark with unnecessary focus on process which are not in relevance to client projects. Company is in transformation state with some trail & error methods in bringing the change in practices & process which may take another 3 years to stabilize (may take eve more time)....Read More

Everything is negative in veripark If you join 1. No work life balance 2. Micro management to the core 3. They don’t respect or trust with experience employees 4. Too much of unnecessary process which is totally not worth of single penny 5.Worst nightmare from the day of joining 6. They take decision on there own to work on weekends or not and also timings 7. One of the worst place to for in the entire universe. Being run on whims and fancies of a few top guys (forget leaders, these top guys are not even managers) No ethics, No values, No human consideration...just my way or high way
