Management and HR are good. But the managers in the organization treats you as slave, specially one in products department, he consider himself as the king of everything and treats you as slave. That manager will always threaten you about your job so you will feel always insecurity in the organization. Management will listen to you in many aspects but for this manager they are not doing anything. That manager is handling half of the organization so you have high probability to work under him, please don't join if you want to live your life peacfully and without pressure....Read More

1. Management and HR are good, Managing directors are also good. But one manager in products is having a different attitude, he is befooling the directors and not yet delivered anything in last 2 years. But yeah if you are joining any other department except products department, then it is good. He is used to tell people that you need to stay till 10PM daily then only you are good. He always tells management is keeping eyes on you. 2. Food facility not good, worst and unhygenic. You should bring your own box. 3. No job security : I have seen many firings done in front of me, few of them are my friends. But good thing is, they give you two months time for searching for job and you can freely search job in two months and you will get salary for next months or till the time you ask for last working day under this situation. 4. No Work from home. 5. No process at all : project allocation, meetings, no planning, no particular process on anything. 6. Many had complained about the manager but manager is just watching, listening patiently and doing nothing. 7. Management always says that you have flexible timing option. But that manager used to say you have time to come early in the morning but you dont have any fix time to leave the office. 8. Also, if you play TT for 15 mins, he will scold you. 9. If you go for 1 hour lunch break, sometime not always, he will scold you. 10. HR team is also against that manager but management is not listening to them too....Read More

Work Details

Work is pathetic too, they always do patch work and nothing else. One manager is earning lacs of salary for a month but doing nothing, just wasting his and company's name.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
