They are not having any fun activities or any extra curriculum activities even they didn't invite for company lunch or dinner. Face to face Town Hall is very rare.

The Management Team from VDA side is far Supportive Regarding any kind of work related help. Depends on the type Project manager under whom you are assigned to work.

They should take decision after Reviewing Team members and just not only ask to Leader member about the team. Leads Review should also be taken from Team members which are from VDA side.

-Should reduce tenure of notice period -Should need to update attendence only once.. Currently, updating thrice in a day -Should arrange meet and greet session with director and other colleagues twice in a year.
