Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No one cares about the work quality and outcome. People without any performance have been sitting for years just by lifting bags of the MGT. Typical government approach. It's ok if you want to retire from there not if one wants to work and grow. And sales personnel are always step children. Even during lockdown everyone was in office.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
