I would like to mention dislikes. If you think about job change. Please take spare time,study and upgrade but do not join Varutra. Your salary can be reduced even on second day of joining without any reason. CTO changes decision 4 times a week. If you join in IT department you have to look after HR and admin work also They think only about security specialist and nobody else. Only guaranteed thing you get here is depression and unhappy face of CTO everyday.....Read More

I joined varutra in june21 and left in August 21 because there is no corporate culture and thing's mentioned above. I have given 1 star as negative marking is not there. They told me about 6 months review while joining and after 2 months suddenly CEO cum CTO cum MD thought I am getting huge salary and deducted without notifying me. I join Varutra as system administrator in IT and was promised WFH after 1 month which was never given. Apart from IT everybody work from home and IT department need to do HR plus admin plus their own work. Join varutra if want to get depressed. My suggestion is to take time, upgrade yourself but do not join varutra even if you are on break....Read More
