only staff are good, i don't like anything of variety motors, i was stay there because i have to do some welfare rules for worker and staff but i didn't, that's why i quit my job.

Dislikes

there is no HR rules, there is no paid Leaves, there is no emergency leaves, there is no any kind of medical allowances, they are give any work to anybody, there is no welfare rules for staff, notice periods are 3 month, these all are negative in variety motors
