She destroyed my confidence and my seniors did nothing to solve the issue. My project manager asked me to leave the company instead of asking her to stop the bullying. She still works there. A long notice period for confirmed employees! Apart from that, you need to ask HRs several times about your payslips! No information about that in the internal portal! Even, no certain details about salary deduction! That same unacceptable process, you need to go through a long discussion process with the HRs for getting that too!

Working environment is terrible over there. Starting from the Hr department to team leads, everyone is buat in politics. They will lie even infront of you without any guilt feeling. As I left the job, they denied to pay me the last month salary at first then asked me to wait for 45 days. Then, when I called them they asked me to wait for 15 days more. After that they stopped picking up calls. Once I reached that place they denied to meet me even asked me to come another day. That day also they didn't meet me and asked me to come another day. When I went for the 3rd day, they asked me to meet the director. she behaved pathetically and refused to pay the money. After I was pressuring immensely. They paid me half the salary and didn't meet anymore. I was tired by that time and returned back with half months salary in spite of working for the whole month.
