Too many politics Manager doesn't care of employees Manager's are no technical if we ask they don't have any answer People management is worst In last 1 years they have fire almost 1500 They hire for product and once joined will move to service account No Job Security Manager will decide at the year end whether you have achive the goal or not, Normally it should be decided at the start of year.
