no one knows how they promote people and no support if my previous company has non compete agreement in breaking the policy with the support of the court. struggled a lot.

Dislikes

performance appraisal is not transparent, and no following up, no support, no knowledge from the HR team and no one knows what they do they just insult you. Policies are weak with many loopholes. No HR software or tools are used, experience for the employees is tough. There hybris policy is the worst policy I cam across till now.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
