Too Much of False Promises to Employees. Hikes and Promotions Based on Management Likes rather than that of Performance. Management will dictate, They won't listen employees need or issues.

There are no employee benefits Work-Life Balance is not good Work Environment will not look like IT company There is no IT work culture Everyone used to speak only Tamil. No career growth at all. In the offer letter, they mentioned Chennai Location but later they asked us to come to Trichy location.
