Nothing to like about this company. All the PMs think of themselves as gods specially Sanjeev! What a useless creature he is! He is nothing but garbage! Egoistic and a chauvinist!

Transport department They provide cabs both side but your life is on god hands as mostly the drivers you are assigned with are sleep deprived and drive in their sleep. They don't kno how to map the route! Management - Management is a joke in this company most of the pms and leads gonna favour you if you are their L@p D@g. Posh is a joke in this company.

Work life balance is good because there is no office politics and fight for the work. Everything is clean and transparent.

Appraisal is low and your job fully depends upon the client business. After a long time you will not get promotion and hikes as management will say that we cannot provide you more salary.

When I was reached out for interview it was all good the interview was all good there are supposedly cabs provided (although had a issue with mine they provided a location far away where you have to reach and at that location can will be available) the HR was responsive till I decided to ask que(it took considerable amount of time for her to respond) the package is okayish but considering rotational shift and nothing prior is informed it makes sense....Read More

The unprofessional behavior of the company (the people that connected) was very weird they did not update anything until and unless asked and you have to ask everything even as a fresher they do not tell anything and they do not meet up to their claims as well as 24x 7 availability was suppose to be after offer letter it took 4 weeks to follow up and bear with this behavior just to complete the process but the last straw was the company providing offer letter 3 hr before joining and no updates were provided for that too they just are like whatever this and that the availability was after the joining not before the offer letter is provided a bit prior this was very unprofessional as well as them not meeting up to their own claims...Read More

I didnt like anytging about this company . There management is ridiculous .they just treat freshers as terrible workers.

They first of all hire then when they get to know that their headcount is getting high they just fire you on no basis by saying that your quality is not up to mark. But the real thing is they keeps onfiring persons ....they fires whole team....during my month duration they fired 3 teams.....no job security is there ......they just hire freshers and after getting there work done they force you to resign. The following are my observations from working with this organization for a year. 1. You need to take your tls for special breaks only then you will be able to get your desired shift. If you are sick and request for a specific shift you will be denied. 2. A big rumour that the married tl was dating a female colleague. And in exchange the female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. Worst management. Very biased while promoting employee. No investment is made to improve skills of their employees. As long as you’re an employee the management will talk to you but the moment you resign , you’ll become their blood enemy. The HR especially are extremely rude and unprofessional.
