I didnt like anytging about this company . There management is ridiculous .they just treat freshers as terrible workers.

They first of all hire then when they get to know that their headcount is getting high they just fire you on no basis by saying that your quality is not up to mark. But the real thing is they keeps onfiring persons ....they fires whole team....during my month duration they fired 3 teams.....no job security is there ......they just hire freshers and after getting there work done they force you to resign. Vaco is mainly spreading racism , specially Gender and religion. Few Managers are very religion specific and promote racism Too many layoffs, with no salary hike.

Worst management. Very biased while promoting employee. No investment is made to improve skills of their employees. As long as you’re an employee the management will talk to you but the moment you resign , you’ll become their blood enemy. The HR especially are extremely rude and unprofessional.
