Likes

Being as a new bank, you have to deal with few of the products as compare then other bank. Also you can reach at your home on time except few of the days.

Dislikes

1- Lack of product & process training. 2-Working with few of the untrained persons. 3-- Having lots of politics by seniors. 4--Lack of marketing support by management.

Work Details

Being as a BSM profile, you have to take all kind of responsibility for branch sales with lack of subordinate staff. Challenging job and you have to individually focus on Retail as well as institutional clients.
