There is very poor company culture and job security. Company CEO is a dumb guy. Dont ask about salary/ promotions and appraisal. they wl give yearly 1 to 5 % hike. dont imagine more. all of sudden you wl get hike. I see many are still working for long term like me. Every year every month the firing s going on in this company. If your tagged to any customer project and revenue is generated due to you than your 100% safe. otherwise if you come to talent pool. max one month after that you will get HR call to put down your paper. Job Security is good. Work culture is good. People who are talking about local Kerala Culture is not true, Yes it used to exists but this company has transformed over last 4years. Projects are good and long term. Project to project things varies and most of the time Mangers influence the way things work but due to some bad managers whole companies should not be blamed. Medical Policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal needs to be improved, HR department needs to be improved. Lot of gaps has been resolved but lot more needs to be done.
