If you want to earn some quick company , you can join here. Else culture is very third class. They mainly recruit freshers and jobless people. Proper sales third party resource provider organization like quest global,randstad etc. If you are planning to join ask for maximum salary, but no job security what so ever.

Culture and their way of treating employees. A junior employee ,a fresher working in admin domain can disrespect you and shame you infront of management. These people should have respect for the employee and designation what they are being hired for .
