One will get numerous to learn and get hands on new/trending technologies. During the COVID situation, other companies were either laying off/ salary deduction , but in UST there was no deduction and layoffs.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
