It's a nice place to work if your requirement is to come to office, clock your working hours, get salary at the month end and no big future plans.

Dislikes

From my perspective: 1. Appraisal\hike issues 2. Limited career opportunities 3. Work-life balance was destructed 4. I felt like company is making profit by looting the employees rather than making business; like bringing up new appraisal policies and denying variable pay which is offered in the CTC.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
