UST is a great organisation no doubt but needs to restructure the firm if they want to be a digitally transformed organisation.

Dislikes

No company is bad but people are. I saw few people who are there in the organisation for 20 years but they are unwilling to adapt the agile way work culture. They are more insecure while I wanted to take back my resignation but the management and HR did not allow. Strange.

Work Details

My first project was Rockwell where the client was more future oriented and also allowed the contract employee like me to involve in their activities. Then i was looking for on-site role was in bench 2nd project Bosch was a disaster both client and ust
