Lack of professionalism. No work life balance, Seniors are toxic they will never support until and unless you have to shoe polish them. Every time they blame you. No extra allowance for night shift. They promised you but you will never get it. They don’t have proper structure and due to this you will never know to raise your concerned to whom they will not take your concerned seriously because they know if they are fulfilling the employee grievances they have to expense a lot so at last they blame you for each and every thing. During they onboarding they will tell you to offer WFH but later the HR will denied about that. They know if they are offering WFH candidate will negotiate his/her salary and it will go lesser but later joined the organisation they will show the real face....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
