This is a start-up company with 20-25 employees and toxic work culture. Management is clueless and has no vision. The most important fact is that salary is not paid on time and if asked the management gets angry. Management is horrible with a total disregard for employees’ well-being. In case you work from home or take a leave they get frustrated. Hence, no work-life balance and you are expected to be available 24*7, at weekends, and they call you late at night too for the work.
