Nice supportive management, nice culture, free food, good open environment

Was not very well connected to manager felt favorite thing with leads, and with me i was on PIP(performance improvement plan) and i got time till 30th of month but where my manager and senior manager forced me to put down papers on 19th only and thats why i have to leave upgrad. I have to give up one of my sales as well because of seniors of 5 lac(msds) they didn't even consider that and me after asking them to put me in operations because that will ruin my resume they didn't even consider that. I don't know i am just 22 and a girl, so i had to give up and didn't know how to fight for my right and even when i discussed this they threatened me that if you will not resign we will fire you and will ruin your resume and image in the market for future jobs....Read More

I liked working there, but the politics ruined it all, i couldn't even asked anyone to help and all, very unhealthy!! I wanted to learn more grow more but the politics is too much

1. Bad culture of hire and fire 2. As soon as you spend sometime in the company and your salary increases, you become the first one to get fired irrespective of your contributions 3. ZERO job security 4. Frequent changes to organizational strategies 5. No policies related to improvement of employee engagements 6. No flexibility regarding work from home irrespective of any urgencies 8. No investment in improving processes regarding financial operations at this scale. Everything is manual highly prone to manual errors 9. All the business verticals work in their own silos without any integration and synergies 10. No objectivity on firing of people. The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.

This is a typical 'one-man show' type of company, managed entirely by one person. There’s not much to like about it. Everything i disliked even you can not take more than 2 tea in a day. In the admin team Hemant Bajpai he is pushing everyone to cost cut on everything even on drinking water. So on your next assignment bring water with you from your home.

Obviously pathetic work life balance. Extended working hours. Unplanned meetings so long time till 12PM midnight. They plan such sale offers that u need to sit and work (like no other option) on weekends. HR's are not good at all. I donno why they call themselves as Human resource. They do their jobs and responsibilities exactly opposite to their title. Note: The review's mentioned for the company are most of them are fake.
