My team , they were really helpful.

You have to work on target , they will not let you go home until you finish your target . You have to work on holidays , no leave. Even for national holidays they will make you work on leave days ( eg if Wednesday is 26th Jan , and they provide Monday off then you have to work on Monday to get leave on Wednesday )

culture, behaviors' of seniors/manager( they straightly say u r paid to be humiliated), response, no value of words even from the senior managements, never bothered about the lower/field personnel's problems.

iT is not that interesting job but yeah many things make it more interesting just like salary, incentives and training and even they provide laptops to the employee who stayed for more than a year

sales department is quite hurry kind of thing and parallely it is quite good and lots of learning are there in the field and pay cut is also quite good in terms of my experience from starting from here the the things are quite like roller coster but yeah it is very good

Well sales department is quite good and hectic also but it depends on you and your interest if you get moulded properly then easily you can get the things done and also they have employee training in which you can get the traning to learn about the sales more

The only things will bother you is the late working hour to cop up with the sales target
