You can learn a lot from upgrad. They conduct several training sessions continuously which focuses on there product and employees skills as well.

Apart from learning there is nothing good in upgrad. No work-life balance we've worked 11-12 hours. No job security hire and fire is there policy. I don't know why companies nowadays are not believing in working with there employees instead they are just using people and changing one after another. I mean what is the point after investing this much on every employee giving trainings, developing skills and then you fire them. How can any organisation grow when they are not valuing there employees who are working 10 to 11 hours on an average....Read More

I just don't know why i even joined this company, It is such a ridiculous place to work

it is the most ridiculous place to work, they are a online brand, internet company and they don't have proper hybrid, or remote working environment, they ask employees to come daily and they even have face biomatrices, like that thing stopped like 4 years ago, but u ask me why they don't have a online attendance set up, because theydon't trust there employees. if they did then it would have never been a issue at all, then all the managers are more like a Daala there CHRO says u are labour, if u work then only i can enjoy my holidays, then only i will buy new farms and cars, so u work while i enjoy, just a derogatory remark. then there process is really slow, they want HR to run like some MIS executive, who will be asked questions if end of the day so how many delivery we have, we have non, your process is slow and it is recruitment, i dont have to make a MIS and share, that i can do on my own. it is a people process. Also they have a really bad work life they maintain, where constant questioning, constant criticism, constantly the managers will make you feel less then the team....Read More

The company culture was terrible. I was working as a Recruitment Specialist and the manager was behaving like it's a sales. Evertime they just shout in the ofc and just say ni ho ra hai to dekh lo. Even the ofc working days were Monday to Friday but manager was asking us to work on Saturdays as well. I would not recommend this company to any fresher or experienced sales person. They have senior managers (with no professional understanding) who will take your interview and ask you all the irrelevant questions but not the one required to ask, and will reject your application until and unless you want to be a slave working 11 hrs aday. Team & work environment is good. Used to be even better before company merged its branches however. Work life balance is excellent.
