Well the PayScale for BDA and Sr BDA is quite good and better than the other competitors . As compare to the competitors the PayScale and job security is good as other competitor have recently laid off their employee

Only salary and incentives are good

Dislikes

Culture is very bad long hours working average 11 hours work on daily basis. They will say you study abroad sales take 15 days to close but when you are in floor they want instant closing. They will not help learner they will sell and suggest what they have.
