Sales field is very challenging field to look into it as there are lots of pressure of sales and meeting the deadline for the target with month end are there so yeah but paralley there are lots of benefits are also there salary, incentives, and other extra things which is best in class in edtech industry

workload pressure is too much many of times its hard to manage all things so management need to look into the workload management of all employee so they can grow more better than as of now

Organization is in experimental phase with zero sop.Sop are yet to defined and for that organisation is using there employees as an experiment samples . Despite of all the ownership which is being given to you you will still find many restriction while performing them . The middle management works worse here .They themselves are notaware of what to do and how to move forward .They may ask you to do some unexpected things to get the results.If you can survive all ,you may do wonders but the attrition rate is quite high which give the justification for itself ....Read More

Sales is bit difficult as it is a challenging job as to meet the sales target is necessary but with the challenges it brings the experience also and training part of this is job is very good it helps to increase the efficiency and skills developmet

Well target meeting is difficult and anyhow at anycost need to acheive that target bcoz of that need to work longer in the office to work

sales department is quite hurry kind of thing and parallely it is quite good and lots of learning are there in the field and pay cut is also quite good in terms of my experience from starting from here the the things are quite like roller coster but yeah it is very good
