We are looking for results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Study Abroad vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a high-performing team, and enhancing student engagement for overseas education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and enrollment targets for study abroad programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents and support the team in closing the sale
- Drive sales through both inside Sales and Face 2 Face Counselling through team
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Admission Counsellor optimize performance.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide guidance to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market trends, and product knowledge.
3. Student Counseling & Conversion:
- Oversee the counseling process to ensure students receive accurate guidance on international education, universities, courses, and visa processes.
- Drive a consultative approach to help students choose the best-fit program.
- Improve conversion rates by optimizing follow-ups and engagement strategies.
4. Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Keep track of market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to refine sales approaches.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product offerings and pricing strategies based on market research.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and university partnerships teams to enhance student acquisition and retention.
What are we looking for ?
1. B.Tech from Tier 1 institute (IIT/ NIT); MBA will be an added advantage
2. Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills
3. Experience of handling Sales team
4. Excellent Communication Skills
5. Experience of 2+ years
