We at TraviYo are looking for an experienced and results-driven Travel B2B Sales Lead to lead our sales team toward achieving business goals. If you have a strong background in sales team management within the software or travel industry and a proven track record of driving results, we invite you to be a part of our growing team.
Location: Noida, Sector 6 (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 15)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Experience Required: 3-7 years
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
Team Target Achievement:
- Set clear sales targets aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals.
Strategy Development & Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competition for business growth.
- Actively participate in high-value sales opportunities and client negotiations.
