Stuck with Low Salary!
Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : I had joined an MNC 6 years back as Fresher with salary of 3.18 LPA. In last 6 years, got 2 promotions and currently working as Team Lead with 10LPA. I am not satisfied with salary and somehow feel it's not appreciating my efforts with such low salary. How to change mindset for switching jobs? Or what should be done?

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Salary is not given on time. Worst working environment. No basic facility Too much of restrictions No leave policy you will have to beg so much for 1 day leave. Will make you stay after shifts timing.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and the wastes of time is always high company policy does not include employee benifit or satisfaction there is no proper rules for building stress free environment.
