Role : Regional Manager

Business Unit: Offline COCO Stores
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven regional manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple EdTech stores within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, meeting sales and revenue targets, driving ATL & BTL activities for lead generation, fostering team development, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the operations of stores within the Bangalore region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all stores meet performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Drive new store launches within the region Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth across all stores.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regional campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure ATL & BTL activities are carried out by centre managers to drive efficient lead generation
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
- Address escalated customer issues and implement measures to improve satisfaction.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates on regional performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure seamless communication between the central office and store teams.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the EdTech, retail, or education industry.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of delivering high-quality experiences.
