Job Description
- Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI &, corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services.
- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the Respective region
- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness,
- Motivate and direct the sales team
- Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor
- Engage in brand building exercises by focusing on the research based strength of the company
- Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
