Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring all necessary features and improvements are captured.
Communication with Product Team: Share the gathered requirements and work closely with the product development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Develop and Manage Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new product launches, updates, and feature enhancements.
Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute product feature testing (UAT), training initiatives, ensuring that timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and risks are mitigated.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all stakeholders are
on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Work closely with product teams, and business team to ensure that content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with product goals.
Performance Monitoring: Use the insights provided by the business team and suggest enhancements to the product team.
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant
information. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
