Mis Executive

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive for Warehouse Operations to join our PMO team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot table and other related tools. Additionally, the candidate having understanding of warehouse processes and 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations will be a plus point.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to analyze warehouse data and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets with complex formulas
- Coordinate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Connect with the team to understand if KPIs are getting out of line and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualification :

- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, email communication and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations is a plus point

- Advance excel learning certificate & knowledge in Macro will be a plus point
- Understanding of warehouse processes and operations is a plus point
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
