Role & responsibilities

We are looking out for an L&D Content Development Specialist with 4+ years experience in developing content. Here are some expectations from the candidate.
1. Understand requirements shared by Learning Business Partners
2. Customize programs from existing list of programs
3. Follow ADDIE model for designing and developing new programs
4. Prepare documents required for aligning courseware with audit requirements
5. Manage tasks related to program creation on Training Record Management System
6. Attend training programs to understand target audience

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in using various AI tools that can be utilized for developing content
2. Experience in using web based resources for engagement, games and quizzes
3. Expert in developing content using Power-Point and Canvaa
