Job Title: MIS Executive
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, consolidate, and transform financial data from Tally into Excel for comprehensive reporting and strategic analysis.
• Maintain, update, and streamline monthly data records with precision and systematic organization.
• Ensure absolute accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial and operational reports.
• Effectively manage, organize, and store data for seamless accessibility and retrieval.
• Assist in data-driven decision-making by performing in-depth financial and business analysis.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather, verify, and validate data for reporting integrity.
• Identify, investigate, and rectify inconsistencies or discrepancies in reports to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain key financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other critical financial documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial data management, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Tally and Excel (Advanced Excel expertise preferred).
• Strong command over data extraction, data cleansing, and dynamic report generation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in Advanced Excel functionalities, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Macros.
• Hands-on experience in financial data management, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting structures and best practices.
