No Job security No work life balance Worst manager and seniors who never find a solution for an issue , even if ideas are given by Other employees , its not accepted. Can be relieved at any point of time And the funniest part is volunteers who visit office for one day in a week , will judge the performance of full time employees.Performance is never recognized. Can survive only if you are a puppet You can take medical leave but not more than a day , Working days are from Monday to Saturday and one Sunday in a month , though other Sunday seems to be like work from home. stress is at peak level . There are lot to tell. First of all the place Where the organization located. It feels some kind of insecure and no job security. Secondly there is no learning of new things as we stick only hiring at some point feels like its a call centre. Never ending process of work every month and never expect any holiday. Instead they call you to work on sunday and national holidays as well.
