Overall not satisfactory. Work culture is typical govt types. No zeal entu to learn or introduce new things. Very limited career growth until unless you are connected with top executive. Promotion-posting policy is worst cause major dissatisfaction among employees.

Dislikes

Promotion-posting policy. No transparency. No incentives for achievers, except trophies and certificates. No skill improvement. Work pressure very high. Horse, Cheetah, monkey, all are getting same salary. No motivational factor.

Not satisfactory from professional growth point of view. Younger officers with less experience and knowledge gets early promotion due to their connection with top management executives.

Frequent transfers, old culture, no co-ordination between employees, no respect for each others, no work life balance, very old system, very old infra structure. Salary is less compared to corporate, manager and others will behave like there the owners of the bank.

Well I had choosen Corporation Bank to work with but unfortunately it got merged with Union Bank of India, which wasn’t my choice.

Andhrabank worked for moss not for class .It served for poor and middle class people. Strived for upliftment of people under poverty line to come above poverty line .The bank strived for helping women by DWAKRA groups, students by educational loans ,employees by giving personal&housing loans .

Dislikes

Staff suffered a lot as the work pressure is very high due to insufficient number of staff and as a result work life balance is effected and thereby causing resignations and voluntary retirements .That is the only reason to dislike .
