Lot of petty politics, biasness,.genuine workers are harrased and not promoted. Transfers are erratic .Job placement is not according to profile.

It is a good & medium sized bank. It has got a very good training college at Hyderabad & Vishakhapatnam. The bank has got its Head Quarter at Hyderabad.
