Its a PSU so ofccourse you have a job security but work life is bit hectic. Being a lucknow city guy i am posted very far from my place. Work life is hard in forex department as you have lot of work to do. Plus minimum 3 hour travelling daily. As we know, the Bank was established by a veteran Nationalist, Freedom Fighter, Sri Pattabhi Sitharamayya, it will be a pride to work in this August Institution. Due to regular movement from one place to another, one's banking knowledge will be divergent, one will have the opportunity to work in different linguistic center and increase the knowledge across Pan- India. It is one among other PSBs has pioneered in Digital Banking. Bank gives regular training to all caders to update and enhance skill, knowledge. It's credit appraisal system is meticulously articulated, review and monitoring is well placed. There is good co-ordination and team spirit among staff.
