It's really a place of Good People. In the pandemic situation of Covid 19 the organization has taken many such decisions for the safeguards of its employees. Whether it is rotation of staffs or keeping the work place neet and clear by proper sanitization.

Very comfortable but Head Office level Some Executives behaviour are not good towards Retired Employees So better to merge with Union bank. That is better in my opinion.

Frequent transfers, old culture, no co-ordination between employees, no respect for each others, no work life balance, very old system, very old infra structure. Salary is less compared to corporate, manager and others will behave like there the owners of the bank.

Nothing, not even location, no role clarity, no work management, office culture is terrible, except your work everything is noticeable, you will be considered their slave, seniors won't cooperate in work.

Well I had choosen Corporation Bank to work with but unfortunately it got merged with Union Bank of India, which wasn’t my choice.

Andhrabank worked for moss not for class .It served for poor and middle class people. Strived for upliftment of people under poverty line to come above poverty line .The bank strived for helping women by DWAKRA groups, students by educational loans ,employees by giving personal&housing loans .

Dislikes

Staff suffered a lot as the work pressure is very high due to insufficient number of staff and as a result work life balance is effected and thereby causing resignations and voluntary retirements .That is the only reason to dislike .
