The only thing that is praiseworthy is the job security.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

First things first, there is no policy coherence. Their rules change as per one's own comfort. Secondly, the bank is far too conservative in its thought and approach than one can imagine. Employees are often threatened with transfers. The policies of transfer aren't uniform and one call from some ministry forces them to customize the policy for one individual. Promotion process is flawed.
