1. They give PCB soldering work to engineers. 2. make phone call on lunch time by manager where are you. 3. After lot of work i ask for salary increment, owner simply said no. 4. when time to off office, every time manager said are you leaving what will u do in home work here. 5. No any other benefits. 6. most important, when my collegues ask about any technical things they just said "what will you do after know about it". 7. They don't give you exact your work. They call you and saying stop this work and do this. They make you fall into his trap by saying we have lot of things that you can learn and hyping about company that we did that and that, but when u join company they just give you work of soldering on pcb, neither code nor pcb designing manager do these interesting things alone. You just gonna inhale soldering smoke, and by chance if you are lucky they give u work of test arduino, stm32, nuvoton by already written code by someone else, you just need to connect pcb and upload code on 200+ pcb and just watch. Very very main thing, his name is uniconverge technology but his main work to produce or make pcb for school labs then sell to student there its more likely they will not give u work like code and pcb design. They will look you as a machine that solder pcb and other board, no code, no pcb design, no circuit layout just inhale smoke of soldering....Read More
