WFH leave policy: If you're motivated by the organization's WFH facility, just wait.The organization has a very high demand (Policy) to avail it. There are no benefits for the employee, all the benefits go to the organization. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 3. Salary: The approximate salary date is 7/8. There is no significant negative point regarding the salary. If you just want a salary, no matter what you can do for it, go ahead. {Org=0 : Emp=0} 4. Work culture/life balance: Within a year, I saw 4/5 HR personnel change their employment from here. Approximately 15/16 employees have changed due to their work culture. {Org=1 : Emp=0} 5.
