Dislikes

Everything was good, salary was on time, and easy to sell a product but in every company, employees do some cheap work like editing payslips, etc but you should handle smarty. This is completely HR's fault, not a good sales team member.

Offered a position in the company after 2 rounds of Interview. Havent received offer letter yet and the concerned person is not taking calls. Kindly dont offer jobs if you arent interested in hiring. Somebody might have left their previous jobs based on your false offer.

So, for me this is the best startup with a good product. I m with the company, when they are facing employee payslip fraud issues. Founder of the company called each and every employee and told them the issues which win every employee's heart. Such a sweet person, even after facing such issues, he was smiling. Boss we love you

Prashant Pandey is the only reason why i joined this company. I remember, we have an employee payslip fraud wave and he managed very well with such a large group of negative people. Then i feel proud that my founder is a strong person. God bless you sir ji.

Starting was good, we get paid on time, good culture and everything was best, but after hiring so-called HR everything was messed up. I even informed him indirectly about her but Prashant blindly trust people, this is his fault and there is no logic to terminating the whole team, only 7-9 people did payslip fraud and this is HR's fault, not ours. But still the whole team got terminated.

My 6 month with Classcanyon was perfect but this Payslip fraud and he should contact the employee and talk to them before terminating, you can not send mail of termination at 5 AM.

Here we focus more on teamwork and my team is full of skilled and knowledgeable people who love to help there other team mates.

It is nearly nothing which i dislike about the organisation but yes i would like to pass on a suggestion that the higher management should make some time from their extra busy schedule to address the teams under them atleast weekly.

Prashant encourages skill development all the time and he always tries employees to improve their knowledge. Its a big fact he is cheated by many employees but he always supports good employees. Remind your mistakes so you cant repeat same mistake.

Good company to work with. They give more importance to the core values, one of them is "respect for Individuals" Monetary prospects are also good. However, it will differ from process to process which you are working for and also the manager you are working for.

The only issue what we have over here is the typical corporate disease which we find across the spectrum, they give more perks to a new hire rather than tenured employees within the organization.

Hi All, i am associated with Classcanyon last 8 months. It was a good learning experience with Classcanyon. I like Their quality teaching. They will explain the concept in nice way, so it will help you to do projects at the end of the course and support team is also good.

Thanks to Prashant for giving me the opportunity and trust. I was in ICU for the last 2 years and after my new life, gave many Interviews but get rejected because of a career gap. I applied via Linkedin and connected with Prashant, It was a nice conversation, he is a very nice, humble person and he gave me the chance to get success with a company.
