Dislikes

No promotions or appraisals and some mandatory rainings which need to be completed in September end, we will get to know about that in Sep mid weeks and they ask us to complete it in 10 days.

Pros - Very High Incentives on Sales - Decent Salary and Salary hike as per performance It- Easy to sell products as metaverse is new Negative Part - No Job Security for sales as you have to join the office if you are unable to sell the product - HR Behaviours

Dislikes

Everything is good, if you know how to sell the product! I left but I had no hate for Prashant and his team. All the best

Free classes for their employees and family members mean unlimited opportunities to switch skills when u want to upskill or career skills. Training is good and they push you towards upskilling and most importantly Job Security (You are their valuable assets when you give them a sale) and salary on time without any deduction.

Dislikes

You need to become Mark Zukerberg, for you to get a promotion or Outstanding ratings. One thing that overwhelms you with a disastrous feeling, company is good, Prashant's vision is amazing, overall the pros, BDM hiring policies are different, they treat you like a thread until you clear your probation with them. They will hold your certificate or ask 5% deposit of your total salary. This is ok as today's salespeople repo are down and I received my deposit with my first salary. Good work environment and teammates are supportive and management is very transparent. Appraisals are mind-blowing and salary hikes every 6 months.

Dislikes

Only some politics and mission to become close to prashant rest everything is good.

Work-life balance is Excellent. There are a lot of considerations for women employees, especially regarding timings and flexibility regarding travelings. Company policies are fair and unbiased.

Dislikes

Salary, and appraisal are very bad for developers here. The package you will enter in will be same through out, which will become ver less compared to market rate. Even promotion would not be able to fill the gap.

Classcanyon is an amazing company to work with. Just i have seen many complaints that hikes are not good. But i believe it depends on whether you are in the right skill set or not. At least, i have seen this company giving some hikes compared to other companies.

Travel and Promotion purely depend upon luck.

Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonuses every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management don't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow.
